Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that premium saunas are specialty items and may require additional processing time for quality inspection and preparation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (where available)
• Freight Delivery: For larger sauna units, freight shipping with white-glove delivery service is available

Due to the size and weight of our sauna products, most orders require freight shipping with scheduled delivery appointments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional periods.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout the United States. For commercial/trade inquiries or bulk orders, please contact us for specialized shipping arrangements.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, including damage during transit, please contact us immediately at luxehavensaunas@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Large Item Delivery
Sauna units require freight delivery with curbside or threshold delivery. White-glove delivery service (including room placement and debris removal) is available for an additional fee.
