RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
At Luxe Haven Saunas, we stand behind the quality of our premium sauna products. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Product must not show signs of installation or use
• Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom-configured saunas, special orders, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return:
1. Contact us at luxehavensaunas@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Ship product back using provided instructions

RETURN SHIPPING
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or we made an error
• We recommend insured shipping with tracking for high-value items
• Products damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refund

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product was defective)
• Restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened or non-defective returns

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Contact us immediately with photos and order number
• We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• Manufacturer warranties apply to defects discovered after 30 days

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Products under manufacturer warranty should be directed to the manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by product and are included with your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After processing begins, cancellation fees may apply.
