Shipping Policy

Free Insured Freight Shipping on all sauna purchases within the continental United States.

Most saunas ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

White Glove Delivery

Available for an additional fee. Our team will deliver your sauna inside your home or designated area and unpack it for inspection.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged Items

Inspect your delivery immediately. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
